Return and Refund Policy

At our one-chair dental boutique, we reserve specific time slots exclusively for each patient to ensure a personalized experience. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book all treatments. This deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your total balance on the day of your visit. Missed or canceled appointments without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

A $500 deposit is required to begin all veneer cases. This deposit covers your lab and digital scan fees and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date. Cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
